The Cabin in the woods was awesome. Clean and great space. Rented the cabin for a few days to head to the Buffalo River and get some R&R. Loved the time we spent here before the 4th with our family. Really helped us to winddown from a very hetctic life we live. It was nice to sit on the deck and have a washer avaiable after our float days. David was great at offering up some local suggestions and even shared some of the best spots to float. Always responsive and quick to help if needed. Have already shared his Cabin with a few of our work clients that are interested in coming! Would definitely stay here again! Also, Great place to get farm fresh eggs up around the corner! 20 mins to Harrison if you need to go get something you forgot to bring! Thanks for a grat stay

We wanted a peaceful place that gave us access to the general area and this place was perfect. It was great to walk in and smell the fresh wood! Birds in the morning and lighting bugs at night. We had a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer. David was very helpful and responsive before, during, and after the stay. Highly recommend!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at David’s cabin. The house has the feeling of being remote, with all of the conveniences of a small town within a 20 minute drive. We loved hanging out and grilling on the patio, I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to get away and spend time in nature!

If you want something that feels like glamping, this is it! The home is very inviting and surrounded by woods. It’s quiet, and the hot tub is perfect after a day at the river. We were looking for a spot that was super chill yet provided all the modern comforts. David’s place did not disappoint. David was a great host and very helpful. We would stay again if in the area.

We loved staying at this cabin! It was super clean and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed and no clutter. The deck out back was a great place for morning coffee before heading out for outdoor adventure nearby. David, the host, was proactive with information and even checked on us to be sure we were doing well. He responded quickly and was a great resource for questions about nearby activities. Check in and check out were super clear and easy. We would stay here again, and you should too! ;)

We loved our getaway stay in this private NEW construction cabin in the woods. Long gravel road to get to and then plenty of parking and easy to access. The back deck and FULL length windows in the kitchen was the best to bring nature right in! Nearby, we went to Fern Falls to hike with the dogs and even made it to the Cliff House Inn for breakfast for amazing views. It rained a bit on our stay but we did get use of the hot tub + grill the first night and had dinner out on the covered deck part during the rain which was lovely. There were plenty of dishes, utensils to cook with, and kitchen space... and stocked with board games to use too!
